Both Aoba and Izaya are from the same canon, but they will not interact due to the fact that they thoroughly hate one another, and without Blue Square to back him up, Aoba is smart enough to leave the man alone, while Izaya has bigger fish to scheme for.

Age: 15 - two/three months from turning 16 on August 14th. If possible, I'd like to age him up those months, or simply state that he is already 16 due to Hell's calendar!
Appearance: Aoba is described as visibly young, being able to pass as an elementary student if he so wished. He's also rather pretty and could pass as a girl easily if it hadn't been for his voice. With dark blue hair and light-brown eyes, Aoba is lean and small, at only 160cm/5'3 feet of height.

Personality:

Aoba is a manipulative prick. Hidden behind a mask of an enthusiastic young boy lies a cunning asshole, who's not in the least above using his seemingly innocent demeanor to go behind people and to get them to do whatever it is that he wants. He's done it with several characters in canon - playing sweet to Anri and Mikado, in the shape of an enthusiastic kouhai to get them to play along with him, with Izumii after he's burned down the man's room at elementary school age, and later, as he asked him to take over his gang 'because he was scared he'd lose control of it' (not really), with Celty and Shinra saying 'he'd just like to be friends'.

Sweet on the outside, a terrible person on the inside, Aoba has no quarrels about using people as his own toys, finds no issues with using and abusing in order to reach a goal. In fact, while he's often compared to Izaya when it comes to his manipulation and observant skills, he's got one thing in complete contrast: Aoba Kuronuma absolutely detests people, with the exception of Mikado, with whom he's fascinated.

His older brother, Izumii, also thoroughly abused of Aoba out of jealousy due to their parent's preferential treatment towards the younger boy. Each time he was granted praise, love, affection, and the like, Izumii took out his frustration on Aoba by beating him. This situation hardened Aoba's heart, and he has no comprehension of love and care. Even so, Aoba fears isolation and helplessness more than anything, and Blue Square is the materialization of that fear. The gang represents a bunch of sharks stranded in the shallows. Each of the members was like a little shark stuck in a tiny blue square of territory, desperately protecting it from the others. If they didn't branch out, they'd drown and die. For that, they needed each other to venture into deeper waters, and Aoba had no issues with using the Dollars or even his brother to do so.

Aoba might be young, but he's vicious, manipulative, angry, and violent. He deserves a place in Hell.

Weaknesses/Temptations: Power would definitely be one of those things that stray him from the path of redemption, or simply ways to benefit from a situation, no matter how little. The need to expand his influence would also be a temptation.
